We offer an Associate Mentorship Program designed to support new stylists as they transition from cosmetology school to a successful career behind the chair. Through hands-on training, one-on-one mentorship, continued education, and real salon experience, associates gain the skills, confidence, and support needed to grow both personally and professionally.

OUR ASSOCIATE PROGRAM
Our Associate Mentorship Program is designed for new and emerging stylists who are ready to take what they learned in cosmetology school and build on it in a real salon environment.
Associates work alongside an experienced mentor while continuing to develop their technical skills, confidence, consultation and guest experience skills, and understanding of what it takes to build a successful career behind the chair.
With hands-on experience, one-on-one mentorship, continued education, and a clear path forward, you’ll have the support and structure to keep learning while preparing for the next step in your career.
